I have achieved my personal goals for the internship. This is because I have gained new knowledge from my peer students in different topics. I have learned about the importance of different types of business/organizational structures for different types of businesses. I have understood that there has to be consideration of every member in an organization as a human being first and then as human resources to be used for growing an organization. I have submitted discussions in those course for completing my internship and have been successful in obtaining high grades in most of the discussion posts.
